Sleep Tips

Being well-rested is good for your health! According to the CDC, adults ages 18-60 need a minimum of 7 hours of sleep each night. And most research on optimal sleep puts that number closer to 8 hours per night. However, these goals can be hard to achieve for many adults.

One tip: Make sure you put away your mobile device at least an hour before bed and reserve that time for reading or journaling. A good day starts with a well-rested night; you got this! 👍
